Fresh Lychees from Taiwan.
bought it from Okaasan.. nymm nyam nyam hihihi..
We know that asparagus is a good source of vitamins A & C and of the minerals potassium and phosphorous. Beautiful and delicious asparagus is also low in calories when left alone.

Heres tha Ingredients*
Heat olive oil then saute garlic, onion until transparent ..Add tomato, salt and pepper and simmer for 5mins. Meanwhile, bring tha pasta to boil..Lastly add the drained tuna, 1tbsp. red wine and simmer for another 5 mins.
Prepare tha Pasta (spaghetti type) and put tha sauce on the top and sprinkle over tha shreded spinach..Serve! YUMMYYYY!!
